I know it’s not healthy but i have till Late June to lose 48 pounds.
Yes, i know i have put on a lot of weight.

If i go on a juice fast till then will i be able to lose those 48 pounds.
I know it is VERY UNHEALTHY but i need to fit into he dress.

Ill be having 3 glasses of fresh squeezed orange juice and a lot of water. again = i know this is very unhealthy and i know i will put the weight back on and even more in a very short time period after i start eating.

Okay the best way to lose weight is to concentrate on 2 main things, this is your diet and your workout.
—Diet—-
You need to get both of them right, now your diet should work like this… you should be eating a meal every 2-3 hours but not a junk food snack/meal. When i say meal i mean something which is healthy ie you might have some pasta with tuna, or a quick banana as a snack. The foods you eat should be COMPLEX carbs ie pasta, brown bread etc etc. You also want to try and get as much fruit + ved in a day. Make sure you have a good amount of protein throughout your meals.
Now you also need to work out your Basal Metabolic Rate, this simply tells you how many calories you burn a day, you need to find out how much your actually eating now its most likely to be in excess if it is you want to TRY and cut down 500 calories and stick to your new total amount. This shouldnt be hard because you will be eating Complex carbs which are just as filling but have a lower calorie count but are better for you than empty calories which are found in simple carbs.

Here are some tips for you
Okay now for your workout what you want to be doing is concentrating on many different types of cardio exercises. These are your jogging,swimming basically anything that makes you sweat and makes your heart pound. If you can join a gym as they have a lot of cardio machines there. Now once you get in to the hang of say jogging, what i mean by this is say you jog 20 mins everyday eventually you will come to a point where your not losing anymore weight this is like hitting a brick wall, this means you need to up the game, start jogging that extra five minutes a day, start taking that one less suagr in your cup of tea.
The most important tip to remember is to vary your cardio routines. Your body gets used to the same cardio routines done over and over. By varying your routine, your body will have to adjust, and thus causes a rise in the metabolic rate, thereby burning calories faster. But how many people do you see walking everyday in your neighborhood, or on the same treadmill or elliptical machine at the gym, and their body never seems to be changing. They do all that work and see no visible results. That is because the conventional wisdom is to get some form of cardio 3-5 days a week at 30 – 60 minutes.
A better alternative is high impact interval training. High impact training could include doing a warm-up of 3-4 minutes on a treadmill, followed by 1 minute at 8 mph, then 1 1/2 minutes at 4 mph, then run 10 mph for 1 minute, then walk at 4 mph for 1 1/2 minutes. You can repeat this 3 or 4 times to get a very effective, and not boring cardio workout.
You can also incorporate running or walking stairs, or do short sprints. The sprints need not be long (20,30, 50 yards), and you rest by walking back to the starting point. These are very effective. Have you ever seen a fat person running the 100 yard dash at the Olympics?
And often overlooked is the jump rope. Do short bursts of jump rope at a brisk pace with some faster paced, or double jumps, or criss crosses mixed in.
By applying these cardio tips on how to burn calories fast, you should be able to jump start your metabolism, and make progress towards your fitness goals
I can guarantee you that you will lose weight i have had to both GAIN and LOSE weight as i was an ex boxer I assure you that this will work, but the most important tip is motivation from YOU!

Let’s iron some things out. A fast means not eating. Juicing or taking in other foods by liquid isn’t a fast, it’s a liquid diet.
That said, juicing is in no way unhealthy if you take vitamin supplements on the side. Many people use this as a way of life following surgeries or just for general health.
Your idea of using orange juice as the juice IS unhealthy, however. I recommend a use of apple, carrot, celery and ginger in each glass. Try a cheap juicer like Juiceman Jr., I promise that the difference is enormous. That much orange juicy will burn out your esophagus, I can almost promise you that.
Do not take in any grains whatsoever, especially not corn syrup. Try getting your carbs for potatoes only, baked not fried.
You will not lose 48 lbs, but you’d be surprised to learn that you don’t need to lose all of that to get back into the dress.
Losing weight is all about burning off more calories than you’re taking in. A juice fast will help you lose a lot of temporary weight, but just make sure that you’re getting enough calories through the juice to be healthy.

Honestly even if you tried losing weight the unhealthy way, you still wouldn’t lose 48 pounds by the end of june. Here is my advice to you:
Okay so ignore the answers trying to advertise “fast weight loss products” that are really just scams. Here’s the real way to lose weight.
1) You need to count the number of calories you eat everyday. As a female, you need at least 1200 calories a day, because your internal organs need nourishment (otherwise they’ll eat themselves…literally). There are plenty of calorie counting sites where you can log in your food to make it easier. In addition, you can eat more if you exercise, because you’ll burn calories. So if you burned 500 calories at the gym, you could eat 1700 calories that day. Countless studies have shown that this is how you lose weight.
2) Eat the foods that are good for your body. Weight loss is a great result of eating healthy, but you’ll also be doing your body and heart a favor when you eat good. Get plenty of veggies, fruits, grilled meats, whole grains, and water and you’ll see that you’ll lose weight easier, and feel better (because you’ll rid your body of all those empty calories you get from junk food). Just remember though that you can spoil yourself occassionally, even everyday as long as it fits into your daily calorie limits.
3) Exercise. Everyone I know claims that exercise is key to losing weight AND maintaining the weight loss. The best part to exercising is that there are no limits in terms of what kind of exercising you want to do. If you like to ride a bike, if you like to dance, swim, jog, walk, jump rope, hula hoop, lift weights, or even walk up and down the stairs, they all cause your body to burn calories. Exercising tones your body, keeps your heart healthy, and releases endorphins in your body, making you feel happier overall (trust me on this one). You’ll also be able to fit in your dress faster even if you didn’t lose 48 pounds.
So yeah there are plenty of “fast weight loss plans” that don’t work, and even if they do people just gain the weight back anyway. This is the REAL way to lose weight and you’ll thank yourself for doing it the right way.
At this point I would definately ask for proffesional help because you are in a hurry and it is hard to lose it on your own without any risk of getting sick.
So you can try the liquid diet for a week, then cabbage soup diet for 2 weeks… I swear it is amazing you really lose weight with that. You will gain it back but as long as it is good for the wedding… and continue to exercise lots, drinking a lot of water will keep you hydrated and fuller.
And if the dress doesn’t fit 2 weeks before the wedding, have a Plan B. You would look better in a dress that fits you than in a dress where all the muffin top is showing. I wish you luck!!
Ps. if you start feeling sick or lighthead please seek help, you want to be able to attend the wedding, not being in the hospital for anemia.
